GDS புதிய உறுப்பினர்  சேர்க்கைக்கான படிவம் 

சமீபத்திய டைரக்ரெட் ஆர்டர் No.13-01/2016-SR (Pt) dated on 16-3-2018 படி இதுவரை உறுப்பினர் படிவம் பெறாத தோழர்களிடம் புதிய உறுப்பினர் படிவம் கையெழுத்து வாங்கி வரும் 27.04.2018 ஆம் தேதிக்குள் அந்தந்த கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர்களிடம் ஒப்படைத்திட கோட்ட கிளை செயலர்கள் விரைந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுத்திட மாநில சங்கம்  வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளது.

இதை பிரிண்ட் எடுக்கும்போது A4 Size மாற்றி கொள்ளுங்கள்
